4. Order Placement: Users may place orders through our website. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Deluxcious.org. Important : Please note that due to the nature of fresh fish, orders may vary by up to 300g+/- depending on the available fish size. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide you with the freshest catch possible.
5. Payment: Payment can be made through  online payment Trasnfer or cash on delivery. Deluxcious.org does not store or handle any payment information. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment is made in full and on time.
6. Delivery: Deluxcious.org aims to deliver all orders in a timely manner within the Muscat area only with 48H following order confirmation. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or customs clearance. Users are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete. In the event of failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details, users will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
7. Intellectual Property: All content on Deluxcious.org, including images, text, and logos, are the property of Deluxcious.org and may not be reproduced or used without our express permission.
8. Limitation of Liability: Deluxcious.org is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Oman. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
